Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver goods safely and on schedule to assigned commercial and residential locations across the UAE.
- Verify delivery details, collect customer signatures, and resolve immediate issues with professionalism.
- Inspect vehicle condition daily, report maintenance needs, and maintain accurate logbook records.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety protocols, and route optimization guidelines.
- Handle cargo with care, ensure secure loading/unloading, and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and warehouse teams to manage delays or changes in delivery schedules.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Valid UAE driving license with clean record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver in UAE
- Familiarity with UAE road networks and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- Ability to lift 20+ kg and handle physical cargo regularly
- Fluent in spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
- Own vehicle or willingness to drive company vehicle
- Basic phone and digital device usage for dispatch and delivery tracking
- Strong time management and punctuality record

- Experience with refrigerated or temperature-controlled deliveries
- Previous work in e-commerce, retail, or import/export logistics
- Knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi commercial zones and delivery protocols
