Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee on-site operations and lead our technical services and renovation team. This role involves conducting thorough site surveys, preparing detailed quotations, and directly engaging with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
Manage and coordinate on-site teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Monitor work progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards.
Site Survey & Estimation:
Conduct detailed site surveys to assess project scope and requirements.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations with clear cost breakdowns.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance.
Present quotations and project proposals in a professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with management to update project status and resolve any on-site challenges.
Maintain comprehensive records of site surveys, quotations, and client communications.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction, renovation, or technical services industry.
Demonstrated expertise in site surveying and preparing detailed project quotations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to interface directly with clients.
Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and relevant software tools.
Valid driving license is preferred.
