We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic B2B team.
In this role, you will act as the key link between clients, warehouse, and delivery teams — ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate order fulfillment. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of the delivery process from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating deliveries between clients, warehouse, and delivery teams
- Schedule and manage deliveries based on each client’s specific requirements (gate passes, special handling, restricted delivery windows, etc.)
- Provide clients with accurate and timely updates on order status and delivery schedules
- Verify invoices and all required paperwork before dispatch
- Ensure compliance with client‑specific procedures, including handling of major accounts such as Aramco
- Quickly identify and resolve logistical issues during order fulfillment
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure on‑time and accurate deliveries
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or a similar role (preferably in a B2B environment)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and client requirements
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Experience handling Aramco deliveries is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
