Deliver & PMO lead

We are seeking a Finance, Agile PMO Delivery expert to join our team as a Deliver & PMO Lead. This role requires a strong track record of working with senior leaders across GENAI to drive project delivery excellence and ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Establish project management processes and frameworks to ensure successful project execution
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and teams to enhance project delivery capabilities
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in project management and delivery, preferably in a finance or technology environment
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
