Job Objective:

To provide expert advisory services in the structuring, issuance, and management of debt instruments such as bonds, sukuk, syndicated loans, and other fixed-income products. The role involves financial analysis, market research, and strategic support to ensure optimal financing solutions aligned with the organization’s financial goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on the structuring and issuance of debt instruments (bonds, sukuk, loans).

Analyze financing needs and recommend suitable debt solutions.

Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for debt issuances.

Liaise with legal, compliance, and Shariah advisors (for sukuk) to ensure proper structuring.

Monitor capital markets to provide insights on market trends, interest rate movements, and investor sentiment.

Coordinate with arrangers, banks, regulators, and rating agencies during debt transactions.

Draft and review transaction documents including term sheets, prospectuses, and investor presentations.

Support investor relations and manage communication regarding debt instruments.

Monitor the performance of outstanding debt and support refinancing strategies.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

(Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are preferred.)

3–8 years of relevant experience in debt advisory, capital markets, investment banking, or financial consulting.

Strong understanding of debt instruments, market dynamics, and risk management.

Experience with both conventional and Islamic financing is a plus.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMA, SEC, IFRS, or Islamic finance standards).

Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus in Middle East roles.
