- Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely collections
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement option
- Explain outstanding balances, penalties, and due dates clearly
- Handle customer queries and disputes professionally
- Maintain a polite and respectful tone during all interactions
- Update collection systems/CRM with call notes and status
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports
- Work closely with finance, legal, and customer service teams
Requirements:

Fresher or experience candidates required for this position
