Job Summary
The Social Media & Digital Integration Specialist/Manager is responsible for managing social media channels, website administration, CRM automation, API integrations, and paid social media advertising to streamline lead generation and optimize digital marketing performance. This role requires a deep understanding of social media strategies, content creation, digital advertising, API-based automation, and CRM lead management to drive brand awareness and engagement while improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Management
Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and oversee the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create, manage, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
Ensure social media content is optimized for engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and build brand credibility.
2. Website Management & Digital Presence
Manage and update the company website using WordPress, Elementor, or other CMS tools.
Oversee CPanel hosting and domain management, ensuring website security, uptime, and performance.
Implement SEO best practices, optimize page speed, and update content regularly.
Troubleshoot website issues, implement security updates, and ensure smooth functionality.
3. Social Media Advertising & Performance Optimization
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and audience engagement.
Monitor ad performance, budget allocation, and ROI metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
Ensure best practices in ad placement, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
4. API Integration & CRM Automation
Integrate RESTful APIs between property listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) and the company CRM to sync listings automatically.
Implement API-based integrations between the company website and CRM for backend synchronization, lead routing, and auto-updating inventory.
Set up email marketing automation through API integration between platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Brevo and the CRM.
Develop workflow automation to track, manage, and nurture leads efficiently.
Monitor and optimize CRM performance for real-time lead tracking and sales efficiency.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report key social media, website, and lead generation metrics.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and CRM dashboards for performance analysis.
Generate insights and recommend optimizations for social media, website, and marketing automation.
Stay updated on competitor activity and industry benchmarks.
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, or WhatsApp Business API.
Create dynamic email and WhatsApp message sequences for automated lead nurturing and re-engagement.
Ensure seamless email and WhatsApp automation workflows via API connections with the CRM.
7. Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
Negotiate and oversee sponsored content agreements and collaborations.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, sales, PR, and IT teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
Ensure seamless integration between website, CRM, and digital marketing platforms.
Support product launches, events, and promotions through digital channels.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in social media management, CRM integrations, or digital marketing. (For Manager level: 5+ years with leadership experience.)
Proven track record in managing digital campaigns, API integrations, and website administration.
Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration between CRM, property portals, and marketing platforms.
Experience with CRM platforms (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Expertise in WordPress, Elementor, and CPanel hosting management.
Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
