Position: DC Manager (Warehouse)
Responsibilities:
Lead and reflect company values and principles in daily interaction with customers, employees, colleagues, and management.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, transporters, and 3PL service providers.
Manage inbound activities related to the receipt and storage of goods, inventory management, DC productivity, and customer relations, and interaction with other departments.
Oversee outbound activities related to order filing, stock replenishment, home delivery, and shipping.
Monitor stocks in the DC, support transportation & imports, and manage home delivery and general administration.
Manage inventory quality and accuracy assurance program through cycle counts.
Manage ad hoc strategic projects that will lead to step changes in supply chain efficiencies and cost reductions.
Implement safety, security & housekeeping programs. (Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, including DC/product security.)
Achieve Distribution & Logistics KPIs as communicated for the overall efficiency of the DC.
Always strive for continuous improvement in service levels, processes/efficiency, and costs.
Minimum Requirements:
Min 3 years’ experience hands-on operational knowledge and leadership to drive the DC operations, home delivery, transportation.
Knowledge of Operational Health and Safety at DC, on road for HD and transfer trucks.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ERP.
Speak Arabic and English.
