We’re looking for a skilled Database Engineer to design, build, and optimize the data systems that power our products and analytics. You’ll work across cloud-native infrastructure, real-time pipelines, and AI-ready data architecture — playing a critical role in our engineering team.
What you’d do
- Design and manage relational and No
SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data models for analytics and reporting
- Optimize cloud data warehouses — Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Big Query
- Implement real-time streaming using Apache Kafka or Flink
- Support AI/ML pipelines including vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector)
- Drive data governance, security, and performance tuning across environments
- Apply Data Ops practices — CI/CD, Terraform, and observability tooling
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in database or data engineering roles
- Strong SQL skills — query optimization, indexing, stored procedures
- Proficiency in Python for pipeline development and scripting
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data services
- Familiarity with Apache Spark, dbt, and Airflow
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- AWS/GCP Data Engineer or Snowflake Snow Pro certification is a plus
