Overview
Database Administrator Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS)
5+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration and/or Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c/19c or later).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
- Expertise in backup and recovery using RMAN and SQL Server Backup.
- Knowledge of Oracle Data Guard, RAC, ASM, and SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimisation.
- Experience in writing and optimising SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL queries.
- Knowledge of database migration and upgrade processes.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows server administration.
- Experience with database monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud database platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
- Knowledge of database automation and scripting.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with database replication technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), or Microsoft SQL Server certifications are preferred.
