Hi All,
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable ML models and GenAI applications for enterprise use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for business problems
- Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, etc.)
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization
- Develop AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Deploy models into production using cloud platforms and APIs
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance
Key Skills Required
✅ Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
✅ GenAI & LLM Skills
- Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar ecosystems
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases
- Experience in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
✅ Data & Engineering
- Experience with SQL, ETL pipelines, and data processing
- Knowledge of Databricks / Spark (preferred)
- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
✅ Cloud & Deployment
- Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP
- Knowledge of ML deployment (APIs, Docker, CI/CD)
