Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage and handle data processing functions on daily basis
- Prepare database based on daily Production. Keep updates of changes during execution of project
- Prepare and record all the machinery and manpower timesheets
- Prepare and maintain database of all geotechnical data generated in a project
- Assist engineering staff in carrying out routine analysis/calculations by compiling the relevant data and doing the required checks under supervision of a geotechnical engineer
- Assist in document control of geotechnical engineering and ground improvement team by maintaining and updating the relevant registers
- Work according to defined policies and procedures for effective, efficient and professional functioning of the ground improvement division
- Provide accurate information to Manager based on actual work done | performance, accidents/delays and work forecasts aligned with site activities
- Manage all the communication between the ground improvement operation team and the supporting departments
- Develop excel and other database sheets, and technical code for data processing
- Work according to the HSE requirements and procedures
- Expected to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements
- Resolve and troubleshoot problems affecting data processing functions
- Interact with cross‑functional teams to process and integrate related data
- Process related informational data and forward to appropriate personnel for approval
- Initiate and implement best practices and standards in data processing functions
- Responsible for adherence to company’s Policies, Operational Procedures, Occupational Health Safety and Environmental & Quality Standards.
Education & Qualification:
- Diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent.
Experience :
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in survey data processing.
- Experience in Infrastructure and Construction companies is a MUST.
