The Data Management Specialist will oversee data collection, analysis, reporting and production of the Corporate Services department and will ensure the quality of the data produced.

The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a culturally appropriate attitude that perfectly embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.

REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

The Data Management Coordinator SMP responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Key Accountabilities

Owner and Proponent of the Corporate Service database.

Collect and analyze data from relevant stakeholders.

Develop weekly, monthly, and annual workspace utilization reports.

Manages the development of program data and ensures that established data is always up to date and safely stored.

Ensures department data is adequate, accurate, and meets requirements before it is presented to the management.

Maintain the Corporate Services workspace utilization database.

Develop and maintain a Corporate Services dashboard.

Proponent of all Corporate Services office technology systems.

Oversees and manages assigned data related tasks, ensuring it meets the requirements and always updated.

Serves as the point person for data-related tasks on an assigned project.

Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple datasets.

Fields data-related questions and assists with customer-required process reviews.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Present data management updates at internal and customer meetings.

Forecast of office space requirements based on supply and demand.

Maintain communication with all end users to enhance customer satisfaction.

Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices

Ability to innovate and promote bold ideas.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Utilization of MS Excel specifically and MS Office package.

Ability to generate dashboards

Able to analyse data and generate report outs

Effective Communicator – ability to represent confidently and negotiate complex issues.

Leadership – able to function with no supervision.

Relationship Management – fosters rapport, trust and confidence with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors at all levels

Fluent in English language
