Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the development and implementation of a data governance framework and monitor compliance as per the approved policies and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data Governance
Lead the process of creating and maintaining data governance policies and procedures.
Accountable for enforcing the data governance policies & procedures and escalating issues to the data governance committee.
Manage the process to monitor data quality, standardization, categorization, classification, and data-related issues irrespective of the application.
Lead the process of monitoring and measuring data governance metrics.
Identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Personal Data Protection
Lead the development and implementation of Personal Data Protection in LCGPA in coordination with relevant departments.
Manage the monitoring of compliance in LCGPA regarding Personal Data Protection.
Design reports to show how data is managed in LCGPA and submit regular reports.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
Ensure adherence to all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Lead the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve desired efficiency and performance excellence.
