Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 – 12 years of hands-on experience in Project Planning & Execution within an ASME Certified Heat Exchanger & Pressure Vessel Manufacturing company. As a crucial member of our team, the Project Planning Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects
within specified timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing schedules using MS Projects software.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of design, quality, and related
documents.
– Facilitate communication and follow-up with clients to obtain necessary approvals and feedback.
– Monitor and track material procurement status to ensure availability for fabrication.
– Oversee fabrication processes and track progress to ensure adherence to project timelines.
– Conduct resource planning to allocate manpower and equipment efficiently.
– Generate weekly and monthly progress reports to update stakeholders on project status.
– Proactively identify and address any delays or obstacles, highlighting delays from the client’s side and
proposing solutions.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
– Minimum of 9 years of experience in Project Planning & Execution in an ASME Certified Heat Exchanger
& Pressure Vessel Manufacturing company.
– Proficiency in MS Projects software with proven training or certification.
– Strong working knowledge of procurement & fabrication processes.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
– Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
– Commitment to maintaining accuracy and precision in project planning and execution.

Budget:
AED 7000 – AED 9000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
