We are seeking a detailoriented

Data Entry Operator tojoin our Supply Chain team  ideal candidate will beresponsible for accurately entering data related to purchase ordersvendors quantities and pricing into our systems ensuring dataaccuracy and integrity at all times. The candidate will also beresponsible for maintaining and updating records logs and supplierlists as required while adhering to the company s data managementand confidentialitypolicies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare compile and sort documents fordata entry. Enter purchase order details into prescribed databasesand files. Verify data accuracy and correct errors whennecessary. Maintain logs and records of purchases deliveries andinvoices. Update supplier lists regularly as directed by the Procurement Officer. Scan documents into the

document management

system asneeded. Retrieve and print information uponrequest. Respond to data and file requests from internalteams.

Ensure compliance with data integrity and securitypolicies. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned bymanagement.

Requirements High school diploma orequivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications especially Excel Word and Outlook. Strong typing skills with highaccuracy. Excellent

attention to detail

and organizationalskills. Basic knowledge of administrative and clericalprocedures. Familiarity with correct spelling grammar andpunctuation in both Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure and manage multipletasks effectively. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handlingsensitive data appropriately. Previous experience in data entry orclerical work is a plus.

Formal computer training is anadvantage.
