Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support hypermarket operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to inventory, pricing, vendors, and sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update product, pricing, and inventory data
- Handle GRN entries and stock update processes
- Maintain records and verify data accuracy
- Coordinate with store and inventory teams
- Prepare reports related to stock and sales
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with procedures
- Support daily retail data operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in retail data entry
- Experience with My.com software preferred
- Knowledge of GRN and stock update processes
- Good MS Excel and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
