Responsibilities:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the inventory management team with administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software and data entry systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter inventory data into the company’s inventory management system.
Update and maintain inventory records, including stock levels, item details, and locations.
Verify data for discrepancies and resolve any issues with inventory counts and data entries.
Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and notify the inventory manager of low stock or discrepancies.
Generate and distribute inventory reports as needed.
Provide data and support for inventory analysis and forecasting.
Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely updates of incoming stock.
Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining inventory-related documents.
Support inventory management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control.
Requirements:
bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
· Minimum of 1-2 years Experience
