CMS is looking for candidates ( Male Only) storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining records of goods in a warehouse or store. The key responsibilities include:
1. Inventory Management
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Keep accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
2. Storage & Organization
Ensure goods are stored properly according to company standards.
Organize stock in a systematic manner for easy access and retrieval.
Label and tag materials correctly for identification.
3. Issuance & Replenishment
Issue materials and supplies based on approved requests.
Track and monitor material consumption to reorder when necessary.
Ensure timely replenishment of low-stock items.
4. Documentation & Record-Keeping
Maintain proper records of stock movement using software or manual logs.
Prepare reports on inventory status, shortages, and stock levels.
Handle invoices, receipts, and delivery notes efficiently.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure workplace safety by following storage guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.
Adhere to company policies and government regulations on storage and handling.
6. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and warehouse staff.
Communicate with other departments for inventory requirements.
Assist in resolving discrepancies related to stock and deliveries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
