We are seeking an experienced BI Developer / Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Incorta, Power BI, and SSIS, along with a solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and modern Data Lakehouse architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI and analytics solutions using Incorta and Power BI
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes using SSIS
- Build scalable and efficient data models to support business reporting requirements
- Design and implement Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse solutions
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and self‑service analytics capabilities
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained
- Optimize data processing, reporting performance, and query execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and reporting
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven initiatives
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain data architecture standards
Requirement
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Incorta, Power BI, and SSI
- Good understanding of the complete Data Lifecycle
- Experience with Data Lakehouse architecture and design principle
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concept
- Expertise in dimensional data modeling and database design
- Advanced SQL development and optimization skills
- Experience working with large‑scale datasets and enterprise reporting environment
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skill
