About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data from multiple sources into clear, actionable dashboards and reports that support management and business decision-making.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with different systems and data sources, and has strong experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and dashboard development. Experience working with Mindbody or similar fitness, membership, or CRM management systems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, reports, and visualizations.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics including sales, memberships, leads, retention, branch performance, and operational performance.
- Extract and manage data from Mindbody and other internal platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes.
- Work closely with management, operations, sales, marketing, and other departments to understand their reporting requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of data sources, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL and working with databases.
- Experience working with data from multiple systems and sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable way.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mindbody / Mindbody Online (MBO) or similar fitness/membership management systems.
- Experience in the fitness, sports, hospitality, healthcare, or membership-based industries.
- Knowledge of data integration, APIs, or automated reporting.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, POS, or marketing platforms.
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and KPI reports.
What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate should be able to take data from different platforms, understand what the business needs to measure, build reliable dashboards, and turn data into clear insights that help management make better decisions.
