Roles & Responsibilities
Service Quality Data Management (KPI Management)
Provide regular KPI data to relevant departments.
Follow up on activities and action items to ensure KPI achievement.
Provide feedback on areas of improvement to relevant departments.
Data visualization skills and develop management tool (Power BI).
Defective Return Management
Analyze defective return processes and collaborate with various departments to ensure a flawless customer journey.
Proactively review and adjust processes.
Regular compliance checks.
Service Marketing (Support)
Ability to devise and modify service promotion material.
Ability to continuously lead promotion activity in the Middle East and Africa region.
Experience / Requirements
Experience (Relevant experience & duration)
University degree preferably in business.
More than 4 years’ experience in related planning role.
Requirements (Knowledge and skills)
Expert to deal with tools like Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI.
