- Data Cleaning and Structuring: Strong ability to clean, structure, reconcile and validate large data sets.
- Excel Expert: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, conditional formatting, and data validation,(Macros Preferred)
- Data Accuracy: High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
- Trackers: Maintain a data quality tracker showing missing data, duplicate records, inconsistent records and completed cleanup items.
- Reports: Produce regular progress reports for the MLRO / Project Lead.
- Dashboards: Support the creation of dashboards or Excel reports showing migration readiness.
- Documentation: Ensure all data changes are properly documented and approved where required.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all client and compliance records.
