Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills to extract, process, and analyze data to drive business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI, with expertise in data visualization, data cleaning, and statistical analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work cross-functionally to deliver scalable data solutions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interactive dashboards and real-time insights to support sales and business teams.
Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and Python/R to provide actionable insights.
Create and maintain Power BI and Tableau reports for data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and business opportunities.
Design and implement data pipelines to optimize processing efficiency.
Perform hypothesis testing and statistical modeling to improve business strategies.
Lead data migration projects, including source data analysis and integration.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by applying best practices in data governance.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Provide technical support and training on data tools and analytics best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Excel (Advanced).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, ggplot2, Seaborn).
Strong understanding of database management (MySQL, SQL Server).
Hands-on experience in data cleaning, wrangling, and statistical analysis.
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with automation of data pipelines and reporting processes.
