Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business performance.
Conduct statistical analysis and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Data Visualization:
Develop clear and compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Build interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate regular reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Document analytical processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and AI engineers, to understand data needs and provide technical support.
Foster effective communication between data teams and other departments.
Data Quality and Management:
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data through regular validation and cleansing.
Develop and implement data management processes to support high-quality analytics.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance data analysis methodologies and workflows.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Strong background in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Python).
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
