Centered around user-side business objectives, utilize professional data analysis and market research to empower and support the continuous evolution of business strategies, driving the achievement of user operation goals. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
Manage the indicator system around user-side business objectives, establish and continuously iterate weekly and monthly operational monitoring management systems andbudget managementmechanisms to promote goal attainment.
Conduct thematic research on key business challenges through data analysis, user research, market studies, and other methods, and produce strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with the operations team to conduct specialized analysis, experimental design, and effectiveness evaluation of daily user-side subsidies, marketing activities, traffic, and other operational strategies, advancing the implementation andoptimizationof business strategies.
Manage and coordinate various user-side data product requirements, such as data extraction, dashboard construction, and tag mining, working with the product and research teams to implement plans and control launch risks.
Job Requirements:
Mandarin is a must.
Possess a background in business analysis, strategic operations, data science, or related fields within the internet industry.
Strong logical thinking and framework thinking abilities, capable of presenting work outputs in an organized manner.
Excellentcommunication skills,team collaborationawareness, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to solving various challenges.
Self-driven, willing to accept challenges, and responsible for delivering work results.
Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL.
