In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that power our strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
Translate business needs into compelling data visualizations that support decision-making.
Collaborate with teams to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.
Extract, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and other tools.
Validate data accuracy, ensure consistency, and maintain high-quality data standards.
Automate report generation and distribution processes.
Continuously explore new trends in data analysis and visualization to improve reporting capabilities.
Education & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills & Tools:
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Experience with Python, R, or JavaScript for automation and deeper analysis.
Ability to design clean, insightful dashboards and visualizations.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills – able to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a data analysis or BI development role.
Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and build actionable reports.
