Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the Human Resources department or a similar role.
Proficient in performing analysis in a database environment.
Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis.
Experience in gathering data and developing insights to support business strategy.
Hands-on experience in combining operational data and employee feedback from multiple touch points.
Expertise in designing various employee engagement surveys.
Experience in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Knowledge of conducting periodic research on best practices and emerging trends.
Research and diagnostics experience.
PC literate with proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
