Job Title: Project Manager – Civil

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager – Civil to oversee and manage civil engineering projects in Dubai. This role involves the full project life cycle, from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to successfully execute large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Supervise and provide guidance to on-site project teams, including subcontractors and workers.
Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, progress reports, and change orders.
Identify and address potential project risks and challenges.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing civil construction projects.
Strong experience in large-scale civil projects, preferably in the UAE.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local regulations.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
