Position: Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist / Lead
Salary: QAR 20,000/month
ontract: 12 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
- Develop engaging security awareness content and simulation exercises.
- Assess organizational training needs and improve security awareness.
- Research emerging cyber threats and recommend best practices.
- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5–10 years of cybersecurity experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in security awareness, cyber training, and threat analysis.
- Professional certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, GSEC, CySA+, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
