ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Engineer with strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions to support our sales team during customer engagements. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, design suitable security solutions, and drive successful customer conversion through effective technical positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Design & Technical Presales
▸ Understand customer requirements and design suitable cybersecurity solutions.
▸ Conduct product presentations and demos for customers and partners.
▸ Prepare technical proposals and respond to customer requirements.
▸ Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements when required.
Sales Support & Vendor Coordination
▸ Support the sales team during customer engagements.
▸ Support solution positioning together with vendors and distributors.
▸ Identify opportunities and support business development activities.
▸ Contribute to successful customer conversion.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
▸ Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions.
▸ Bachelor’s degree required.
▸ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
▸ Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
▸ Strong presentation and communication skills for customer-facing engagements.
▸ Good understanding of the UAE market and vendor/distributor ecosystem.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
▸ Competitive salary: AED 7,000 – 15,000 per month (based on experience and expertise). ▸ Performance-driven incentives aligned with revenue targets.
