Job Responsibilities
Creation of use cases using MITRE framework, dashboards, and reports on Splunk SIEM.
Maintain a strong technical background in Network Security, Threat Hunting, and Risk-based analysis.
Analyze network traffic for IPS, WAF, Firewall, DDoS, and other perimeter devices.
Monitor security events, reports, alerts, and dashboards to identify potential security incidents.
Respond to and manage incidents, perform root cause analysis.
Gather information and provide actionable intelligence on cybersecurity threats.
Support and update CSOC playbooks and processes.
Configure and administer security controls such as SIEM, anti-virus, network security devices, PAM, DLP, vulnerability management tools.
Prepare security awareness messages and participate in cyber drills and exercises.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong technical knowledge in network security, threat hunting, and risk analysis.
Experience with SIEM tools, especially Splunk.
Understanding of security frameworks like MITRE.
Ability to analyze network traffic and security alerts.
Good communication skills for reporting and awareness activities.
