Cyber Security Architect Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Emerald Technology META
We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-oriented Presales Solution Architect to support one of the pre-IPO security vendors and provide expert-level technical assistance throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for understanding client security needs, crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and assisting in technical evaluations of cybersecurity products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Consultation: Work closely with account executives and customers to identify cybersecurity requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Solution Design: Create high-level architecture diagrams, security designs, and deployment plans based on customer needs.
RFP/RFI Support: Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), including technical writing and solution specifications.
Customer Engagement: Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discovery sessions to assess current environments and security postures.
Competitive Analysis: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including competitors, trends, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration: Work with product management and engineering teams to feed customer feedback into product development.
Post-Sales Handoff: Ensure smooth transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales teams, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
Microsoft Stack: Demonstrate experience with Microsoft services such as Defender for Endpoint, LDAP, Exchange server, Group Policies, etc.
Enterprise Networking: Possess a fair knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs, and network segmentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
3- 5 years of experience in a presale, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role within cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, firewalls, identity & access management, cloud security, etc.
Experience with tools and technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Crowd Strike, Splunk, AWS/Azure security, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Services (e.g., Defender, LDAP, Group Policies, Microsoft Purview) is highly desirable.
Fair knowledge of enterprise networking infrastructure and protocols.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

OSEP (Offensive Security Experienced Professional)
