CVM / Segmentation Specialist

We are looking for hands-on CVM / Segmentation Specialists with strong Retail Banking and customer analytics experience.

Strong experience in Customer Value Management (CVM), customer segmentation, and analytics.
Hands-on expertise in customer profiling, behaviour analysis, campaign targeting, and performance analysis.
Strong BI/reporting and data interpretation skills.
Ability to translate customer data and insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Experience supporting customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and campaign effectiveness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on delivery experience is essential; strategy-only profiles are not preferred.
