CVM / Segmentation Head – Segmentation Strategy & Analytics

We are looking for a senior CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer segmentation strategy, analytics, and profiling initiatives.

8–11 years of relevant experience in CVM, customer analytics, or segmentation.
Strong expertise in customer segmentation strategy and behavioural profiling.
Experience developing segmentation frameworks and translating insights into targeted propositions and campaigns.
Strong knowledge of advanced data analysis, BI/reporting, and customer analytics.
Ability to drive improvements in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing.
Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
