(Job Responsibilities)
• Translation and documentation.
• Engaging with the FASAH platform (printing the initial document with all procedures).
• Extracting invoices for payment.
• Communicating with local customs brokers.
• Linking delivery schedules.
• Monitoring the flow of data for imports and exports.
• Tracking demurrage and detention to avoid additional penalties.
• Interacting with other systems and platforms related to customs such as SAP and the Food and Drug Authority and handling measurement standards for shipping types.
• Managing customs exemption requests and tracking them according to the established systems.
