Job Summary
One of our clients are looking for Customer Technical Support (CTS) who is responsible for providing technical assistance and product support to customers using the company’s ink products. The role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing product performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, particularly within water-based and solvent-based ink manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers regarding the application, performance, and troubleshooting of ink products.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product specifications, usage guidelines, and technical challenges.
- Assist customers in resolving issues to ensure optimal ink performance and minimize production downtime.
- Conduct on-site or remote technical support, trials, and product demonstrations when required.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Production teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Prepare technical reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action recommendations.
- Support customers during product implementation, testing, and qualification phases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and field experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical support role.
- Proven experience supporting water-based and solvent-based inks in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ink formulations, printing processes, and application techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
