Our innovative smart locker solutions are changing the way parcels are sent, received, and returned, and we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base.
This position is specifically for non-Arabic speakers(English – Urdu – Hindi), allowing you to assist our English-speaking customers effectively. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support regarding our services.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) in (English – Urdu – Hindi)
Provide accurate and relevant information regarding RedBox services, operations, and policies
Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and work toward effective resolutions
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records of inquiries and resolutions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify and provide feedback on recurring support issues and suggest possible solutions
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to enhance customer service delivery
Promote a positive team environment and contribute to team success
Requirements
Non-Arabic speakers (English – Urdu – Hindi)
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in customer support or call center environments preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help customers
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
