Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to support our clients and build strong relationships. This role helps clients effectively use our products, increasing revenue and minimizing churn:

Guide new customers through onboarding and product training

Inform customers about product benefits and features

Keep clients engaged and regularly using our products

Buildcustomer loyaltyand reduce churn

Develop healthy working relationships with customers

Address and resolve customer issues proactively

Help customers set up and navigate our platform

Communicate the value of our products

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Around one year of experience in customer service or support; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills

Proactiveproblem-solving skills
