Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Supervisor located in the Riyadh Region.

The Customer Service Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising, training, and supporting team members, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring performance metrics, and developing strategies to enhance customer service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team to achieve performance goals.

* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

* Resolve complex customer issues and support team members in problem-solving.

* Develop and enforce customer service policies and best practices.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

* Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills, Customer Service Management skills

Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

2+ years in a customer service supervisory role.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
