Job Role:

Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist manages direct

communication

with customers and internal departments to support complex end-to-end customer order management. This role offers growth opportunities into a Sr. Customer Service Specialist position as you develop your knowledge and

leadership

skills.

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based on-site in Abu Dhabi, supporting the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring

customer satisfaction

.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide peer support.

Collaborate with sales, distribution, and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Customer service experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).Knowledge of incoterms and export compliance.

Strong

communication

, organizational skills, and a

customer-centric

mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional diploma/degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

French language proficiency.
