Job Description
The  Advisor II,Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inboundcalls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending uponclient requirements. This position provides customer servicesupport and resolution of non-routine problems regardingclient’s product orservices.

About
The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be representing a new client as the frontlineof the business. On top of being established within a brand-newteam, you will be tasked with resolving general and complexcustomer enquiries, handling outbound campaigns, and providingadvice while demonstrating the highest level of customerservice.
Key Role Details Hourly  rate of $24.87 – $27.57 +Super + Incentives Operational
Hours:
National Service Delivery 7:00am – 7:00pm (Monday –Friday)
Full-time and Part-time roles available– PT roles must be available to attend a FT initial4-week training
