Key Responsibilities:
Sales Visits and Customer Engagement:
Organize and conduct sales visits to current and potential customers.
Focus on achieving sales objectives set by Sales Management.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
Analyze the market and gather information on new clients and competitors (product range, prices, margins).
Customer Information Collection:
Collect and document customer information, including needs, expansion/investment plans, new product launches, and executive contacts.
Data Management:
Ensure all customer interactions, actions, intentions, visits, and calls are recorded in the company’s information system.
Proposal Preparation:
Coordinate with the Technical Sales Office to prepare and process customer proposals.
Customer Service Excellence:
Address customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Industry Engagement:
Attend trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and explore commercial opportunities.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of bakeware coatings, materials, and their applications.
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the bakeware, coatings, or related industries.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-Motivation and Resilience: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the bakeware, coatings, or related industries.
Educational background in business, sales, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset.
