Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with product inquiries, order placements, and after-sales support. You will also play a key role in promoting and selling our range of Power and Plano contact lenses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for helping people and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Knowledge of contact lenses and eye care products is preferred but not required (training provided).
