We are looking for a friendly, fashion-savvy Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our clients across retail and/or online platforms. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to customers via in-store, email, phone, live chat, or social media.
Assist clients with product inquiries, sizing, availability, orders, shipping, and returns.
Resolve complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on current collections and promotions.
Support e-commerce operations with order tracking, follow-ups, and customer updates.
Process exchanges, returns, and refunds in line with company policies.
Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to management.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in fashion retail or e-commerce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems, POS tools, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
