Job Description:
Flomic Balikbayan Cargo is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai and Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and shipment concerns while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking pick-up and delivery of balikbayan boxes
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Provide accurate information about rates, schedules, and promotions
- Go live on Facebook/TikTok occasionally to promote services and engage customers
- Support marketing activities when needed
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Update customer records and prepare basic reports
- Promote company services and special offers
Requirements:
✔ Previous customer service experience (preferred)
✔ Confident and presentable on social media live
✔ Good communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus)
✔ Basic knowledge of Facebook, TikTok & Instagram
✔ Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented
✔ Must be currently based in UAE
