We’re hiring: Customer Service Representatives
Infinity Virtual Solutions (IVS) is growing, and we’re looking for 2 people to join our team supporting a U.S. client.
If you speak fluent English and want a stable role you can settle into, with a simple script, real training, and a supportive team, read on.

- Full training before you go live, no prior experience in the field needed

The essentials:
- Inbound support and call-backs for a U.S. client
- Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent (American preferred)
- Monday to Friday, night shift (6 PM to 3 AM, Amman time)
- On-site in Amman (Waha Circle now, moving to Shmeisani soon)
- Start date: 1 August
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you’ve got the English and the right attitude, we’ll train you.
