We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client, a leading distributor in the polymer and plastics industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in trading companies, or within the chemical, plastic, polymer, or retail sectors. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Process customer orders, verify details, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery.

Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Our budget can not exceed AED 7-8K

Qualifications

At least 3 – 7 years’ of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
