Key Responsibilities:
Answer and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about healthcare services, treatments, and policies.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring patient satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the healthcare center’s services and offerings to assist patients effectively.
Assist in processing patient forms, insurance eligibility check, and payments.
Update patient records and document interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.
Knowledge of healthcare management software is a plus.
