Sofia Garments is a fast growing apparel and uniform manufacturer with an office in Dubai and factory in Ajman and are looking for a competitive E-commerce and Customer Success Executive with 3+ years experience in the garments and merchandising industry to develop field sales strategies and source new clients from the UAE and abroad
Job Summary/Responsibilities
Continually strive to increase client satisfaction, success and customer service while ensuring clients have a positive experience with Informa at every touch point.
Oversee chat support and ensure order delivery at the highest standards and within deadline.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaign delivery as well as work with different teams to find delivery solutions.
Working with internal stakeholders and collate information to support proposals and insights.
Develop and maintain customer relationships with key customers.
Grow and expand the client relationship through an exceptional client experience and by connecting your clients’ business strategies to Informa Markets’.
Act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they achieve full business value and return on investment.
Producing large and small documentation/guidelines for all package sizes so sponsors are aware of exactly what they are getting, when it’s being delivered and what the requirements are from their side.
Oversee onsite management and execution of all programs and projects, whether personally or through a team of temporary staff.
Manage as and when needed a team of temporary or support staff for the event.
Monitor campaign performance during execution and raise red flags if something is not right. Have ideas and possible solutions handy to tackle the challenge efficiently.
Communicate, communicate, communicate.
